   This setting is available in the Healthcare Starter and higher tiers; it activates monthly compliance monitoring and restricts data handling to HIPAA standards.

   Configure the AI phone answering agent with the client's business hours and FAQ responses.

   Use the 'AI Phone Answering' module to set up the voicebot, ensuring it handles calls 24/7 and routes to the smart calendar booking system.

   Set up the website chatbot with HIPAA-compliant messaging and integrate it with the client's CRM.

   In the 'Website Chatbot' settings, enable the compliance toggle and connect the CRM to capture leads securely.

   Schedule the monthly compliance monitoring report to be emailed to the agency and the client.

   This report is generated automatically; configure the recipient list in the 'Compliance Monitoring' section.

   Test the AI voicebot with sample calls to verify proper handling of sensitive patient information.

   Place test calls to ensure the voicebot does not disclose PHI and correctly books appointments via the smart calendar.

   Document the compliance configuration in the client's onboarding file for audit purposes.

   Include the HIPAA settings, monitoring schedule, and test results to demonstrate due diligence.
