AgentX Client Workspace Provisioning (Onboarding)

   Log in to AgentX and navigate to the Workspaces section

   Ensure you are on the Professional plan or higher, as white-labeling is only available from that tier.

   Click 'Create Workspace' and name it after the client

   Use a naming convention like 'clientname-prod' to keep environments organized.

   In the new workspace, go to 'Branding' settings

   Upload the client's logo and set custom colors to match their brand identity.

   Disable 'Show AgentX branding' toggle

   This ensures no AgentX logo appears in the client-facing interface.

   Invite client team members via 'Members' tab

   Assign roles like 'Admin' or 'Viewer' based on their involvement.

   Configure agent deployment channels

   Select one-click deployment targets: API, Slack, web widget, email, or voice, as per client needs.

   Set up evaluation test sets in the 'Evaluation' tab

   Upload sample data to run against the agent before going live, to catch regressions.

   Deploy the agent to production

   Use the 'Deploy' button to push the agent live, then monitor via the tracing dashboard.
