AIclicks Client AI Visibility Audit Setup (Onboarding)

   Create a new project in AIclicks for the client

   In the dashboard, click 'Add Project' and enter the client's brand name and website URL. Select the primary country for the project; the Starter plan allows 1 country per project, while Pro allows unlimited.

   Configure tracked prompts

   Navigate to the 'Prompts' section and add up to 30 prompts (Starter) or 150 prompts (Pro) that reflect high-intent queries your client's audience uses. Include variations with location modifiers for local clients.

   Select AI engines to monitor

   In the 'AI Engines' tab, choose which LLMs to track. Starter covers 3 LLMs, Pro covers 4. Prioritize ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini for broad coverage, and add Claude or Grok if the client's audience uses them.

   Add competitor brands for benchmarking

   Under 'Competitors', input up to 5 competitor brand names. AIclicks will track their visibility scores against the same prompts, giving you a comparison for client reports.

   Connect Google Analytics

   Go to 'Integrations' and link the client's Google Analytics property. This enables tracking of AI-driven clicks and traffic, which you can use to demonstrate ROI in monthly reports.

   Set up visibility alerts

   In 'Alerts', configure notifications for significant changes in visibility scores or citation sources. Choose daily or weekly frequency based on client needs, and set thresholds to avoid alert fatigue.

   Run initial visibility audit

   Click 'Run Audit' to generate the baseline visibility score and citation source report. Review the 'Recommendations' tab to identify content gaps, Reddit mentions, and directory updates to include in your client's action plan.
