What are the steps?
Anyword Brand Voice Configuration (Onboarding)
- 01
Navigate to Brand Voice settings in the left sidebar.
Click 'Brand Voice' and select 'Create New Brand Voice' to begin configuring a client's tone, style, and vocabulary.
- 02
Upload client messaging guidelines or paste sample copy.
Use the 'Add Guidelines' field to input brand rules, preferred phrases, and forbidden terms. Anyword will analyze the text to auto-extract voice attributes.
- 03
Adjust voice sliders for formality, enthusiasm, and creativity.
Fine-tune the generated voice profile by moving sliders (e.g., 'Professional' vs. 'Casual') until the sample output matches client expectations.
- 04
Save the brand voice and assign it to the client workspace.
Click 'Save Voice' and then, in the workspace settings, select this voice as the default for all copy generation for that client.
- 05
Test the voice by generating a sample ad headline.
Open the Data-Driven Editor, choose 'Ad Copy' template, and generate 3 headlines. Review the performance prediction scores to confirm alignment.
- 06
Iterate based on client feedback.
If the client requests adjustments, return to the Brand Voice settings and modify sliders or add new guidelines. Regenerate samples until approved.
