   In the Bablic settings, enable subfolder or subdomain URL structures for the target locale. Ensure the switcher is styled to match the client's brand using the in-context editor.

   Add key brand terms and phrases to the glossary so that translations maintain consistent tone and terminology across all client content.

   Activate the multilingual SEO feature in the Core plan to generate hreflang tags and localized meta data. This is critical for the client's organic search performance in new markets.

   Invite client stakeholders as users with role-based permissions

   Use the 5 user seats to add the client's marketing team, allowing them to review and approve translations via the team collaboration workflow.

   Run a pilot translation and review with the client

   Translate a sample page, use the in-context editor to refine tone, and present the results to the client. This validates the workflow before committing to a retainer.
