   Log in to the Hermes dashboard and navigate to the 'Websites' section.

   Click 'Create New Website' to start a fresh project. This is where you'll manage all client sites under your agency brand.

   Enter the client's business description in the AI prompt field.

   Include key services, location, and tone preferences. The AI generates a multi-page draft (home, services, about, contact, blog) in under two minutes.

   Review the generated pages in the drag-and-drop editor.

   Adjust layout, swap images from the millions of free images, and add custom code if needed. Ensure the site matches the client's brand brief.

   Apply your white-label branding: upload your logo, set your domain, and configure branded login.

   Go to 'Settings' > 'Branding' to ensure the client sees only your agency's identity, not Hermes.

   Connect the client's custom domain and enable HTTPS.

   In the 'Domains' tab, add the domain and verify ownership. SSL is automatically provisioned via AWS hosting.

   Set up client billing via the built-in Stripe integration.

   Navigate to 'Billing' to create a recurring invoice or payment link. This allows you to collect fees directly from the client under your brand.

   Deliver the site to the client by sharing the branded preview link or transferring access.

   Use the 'Client Access' feature to grant the client a login if they need self-service edits, or keep it internal for managed delivery.
