   Run a sample of records through each integration path to confirm field mapping, transformation rules, and error handling behave as documented.

   Review error logs and alert thresholds for the past 30 days

   Identify recurring failures or silent drops, and adjust alerting so anomalies surface before they impact client operations.

   Confirm authentication credentials and API keys are current

   Check expiry dates and rotate any keys that are close to expiration to prevent unexpected outages.

   Test disaster recovery and rollback procedures

   Simulate a failed sync or corrupted payload to ensure the platform can restore the last known good state without manual intervention.

   Assess performance against agreed service-level targets

   Compare sync latency and throughput to the client's SLA, and document any deviations for the delivery team.

   Document findings and remediation actions for the client
