AdRiseLab Client Campaign Refresh (Monthly Optimization)
- 01
Open the AdRiseLab dashboard and select the client account from the account dropdown.
Ensure the client's Meta ad account is still connected via the Marketing API. If the connection has expired, re-authenticate before proceeding.
- 02
Navigate to the 'Competitor Intelligence' tab and run a fresh Ad Library search for the client's top 3 competitors.
Use the 20 Ad Library searches per month (Starter plan) or higher limits on Pro to pull recent ads. Note any new creative angles or offers that have emerged since the last refresh.
- 03
Go to the 'AI Ad Copy' section and input the client's product URL to generate new ad variations.
Generate at least 5 new variations per active ad set. The tool produces platform-ready creatives in about 30 seconds, so this step is quick. Review the copy for brand voice alignment before proceeding.
- 04
Review the 'Creative Fatigue Detection' alerts for any ads that have been running for 7-14 days.
The tool flags creatives that are losing performance. Prioritize refreshing those ads first. Use the A/B variation feature to create test versions for the flagged creatives.
- 05
Publish the new variations via the Meta Marketing API from the 'Publishing' panel.
Double-check the ad account and campaign settings before hitting publish. The tool will push the creatives directly to Meta, but human approval is required for any budget changes.
- 06
Check the 'AI Copilot' recommendations for optimization opportunities.
The copilot reads connected account performance data and provides ranked suggestions. Apply any recommended bid or audience adjustments, but confirm with the client if they involve budget changes.
- 07
Export the monthly performance summary and send it to the client.
The summary should include the new creatives launched, fatigue alerts addressed, and any performance improvements. This supports your retainer billing and demonstrates the value of the monthly optimization cycle.
