   Install AIRUNCODE on the client's dedicated workstation or server

   Confirm hardware meets local runtime requirements and that the machine stays powered on during delivery windows.

   Configure BYOK API keys in the Settings panel

   Add provider keys for OpenAI, Anthropic, or others. On the Pro plan, unlimited BYOK is available; on Free, only 2 × 48h keys per week are allowed.

   Enable the cost tracker

   Turn on the cost tracker so the client sees token spend in real time, reinforcing the zero-markup value proposition.

   Create a workspace and invite client stakeholders

   On the Studio plan, add up to 5 seats and set up multi-workspace isolation per client project.

   Configure the self-healing test runner

   Point the runner at the client's test framework (Vitest, Jest, pytest, or Cargo) so it can read logs and apply diffs automatically.

   Set up a multi-agent swarm for the pilot workflow

   Define agent roles and shared memory to automate a specific delivery task like test generation or bug fixing.

7. 07

   Export the audit trail and hand off the runbook

   On Studio, export the audit trail for client compliance and document agent logic for the client's internal team.
