   Log into Atlas and navigate to the 'Connections' page

   Connect the client's Gmail, Google Calendar, Brex, HubSpot, Slack, GitHub, Linear, and Google Drive accounts. Use OAuth for each integration to ensure secure access.

   Configure data source permissions

   In the connection settings, restrict access to only the mailboxes, calendars, and repositories relevant to the client's operations. This prevents Atlas from scanning unrelated data.

   Create a monitoring agent for unowned charges

   Use the 'New Agent' button and select the 'Unowned Charges' template. Set the scope to the client's Brex account and define the alert threshold (e.g., any charge without an assigned owner).

   Set up a quiet deals monitor

   Create another agent using the 'Quiet Deals' template. Configure it to watch HubSpot deals with no activity for 7 days and set the notification channel to Slack.

   Enable meeting action item extraction

   In the 'Meetings' settings, toggle on 'Action Item Tracking'. This allows Atlas to listen during Google Meet calls and convert spoken commitments into tasks with owners and due dates.

   Test the agents with a sample scenario

   Simulate an unowned charge and a quiet deal in the client's systems. Verify that Atlas surfaces both anomalies in the dashboard with source citations.

7. 07

   Deliver the handoff guide

   Document the configured agents, their triggers, and how to interpret the daily briefing. Train the client team on how to ask Atlas questions and review the sourced answers.
