   Select the 'Normal' plan at $100 per month for standard placement, or opt for 'DualEntry' at $115 if dual entry is needed.

   Verify the Stripe payment goes through and the listing appears in the public board

   Confirm the posting is live and visible to job seekers without login, as Commit Async requires no authentication for browsing.

   Set a calendar reminder for the next monthly refresh, 30 days from the posting date

   Since postings expire after 30 days, schedule the repost to avoid gaps in client coverage.

   Send the client a brief confirmation with the live listing URL and the renewal date

   Include a note that the listing will be distributed to Hacker News for organic visibility, and that reposting is required monthly.
