Garnet Marketplace Vendor Onboarding Flow (Delivery)

   Access the Garnet Marketplace admin panel in Shopify

   Navigate to the Garnet app section within your client's Shopify admin to open the marketplace configuration dashboard.

   Configure vendor onboarding settings

   In the vendor settings, set up the application form fields, approval workflow, and default commission rules. Ensure the onboarding flow matches the client's requirements for B2B or B2C.

   Customize the vendor portal branding

   Apply the client's logo, colors, typography, and custom domain to the vendor portal so it appears white-label to vendors.

   Integrate payment and shipping gateways

   Connect Stripe, PayPal, or Mollie for payment routing and DHL or Shippo for shipping. Verify that commission splits are correctly assigned per vendor.

   Test the vendor onboarding flow

   Create a test vendor account and complete the onboarding steps to ensure the process takes under 6 minutes and that all notifications (via Klaviyo or Brevo) fire correctly.

   Launch and monitor first vendors

   Invite the first batch of vendors, monitor their onboarding completion, and review any pending applications in the admin panel. Adjust approval settings if needed.

   Document SOPs for client admin

   Prepare a handoff document explaining how to manage vendors, commissions, and disputes within Garnet, and train the client's admin team.
