   Create a new Mcplocker account and review the free tier dashboard

   Start by signing up at Mcplocker and confirming the free tier supports up to 5 MCP servers. Familiarize yourself with the dashboard layout and the encryption at rest indicator to ensure client data security from the outset.

   Identify client MCP servers and skills

   For the client, list the specific MCP servers and custom skills they require. Verify these are MCP-compatible, as Mcplocker only unifies access to existing MCP servers, not builds them.

   Add MCP servers to Mcplocker

   In the Mcplocker admin panel, navigate to the MCP servers section and add each server by providing its endpoint URL and credentials. Ensure each is saved and appears in the server list.

   Configure access controls for the client's agent

   Use Mcplocker's access control settings to specify which AI agent can access which MCP servers. This ensures the client's agent only reaches the tools it needs, maintaining separation between client projects.

   Test the unified private endpoint

   Point the client's AI agent to the single Mcplocker endpoint and run a test query that invokes multiple MCP servers. Verify that the agent can access all configured tools without individual MCP configuration.

   Document the agent configuration

   Record the endpoint URL, access control settings, and the list of MCP servers in the client's onboarding documentation. Include troubleshooting steps for common connection issues.

   Hand off to delivery team

   Provide the delivery team with the documentation and access credentials. Confirm they understand how to manage the client's MCP library through Mcplocker for ongoing support.
