OzBrain Client Knowledge Base Rollout (Onboarding)

   Create the client's brain and set article limits

   In the OzBrain dashboard, create a new brain for the client. Choose the Free plan (up to 50 articles) for a pilot or Pro ($20/month) for up to 300 articles. Set the article limit to match the client's expected knowledge volume.

   Configure the MCP connector for the client's primary agent

   Navigate to the Connections settings and add the MCP endpoint https://ozbrain.com/api/mcp. Select the agent (Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor) the client uses most. Test the connection in a sandbox brain before proceeding.

   Define the initial article structure

   Create the first set of articles covering the client's core services, FAQs, and processes. Use OzBrain's linking feature to connect related articles. Keep each article under the write-time size discipline to avoid truncation.

   Set provenance and freshness rules

   For each article, configure the provenance tracking to record which agent made changes. Set freshness indicators to flag articles older than a threshold (e.g., 30 days) so agents know when to update them.

   Enable automatic routing and conflict surfacing

   In the brain settings, turn on automatic routing so new knowledge goes to the correct article. Enable conflict surfacing so that when an agent writes information that disagrees with existing content, the system flags it for review.

   Run an end-to-end test with the client's agent

   Ask the agent to read a specific article and then write a new piece of knowledge. Verify the write appears in the correct article, the provenance shows the agent's name, and the freshness indicator updates. Repeat with a second agent to confirm multi-agent sync.

7. 07

   Export a markdown backup and hand off to the client

   Use the Markdown export anytime feature to create a backup of the brain. Share the export with the client for their records. Provide a short walkthrough of how the brain works and how to monitor agent activity.
