SalesRobot
SalesRobot automates LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns with built-in reply detection, AI-powered lead scoring, and appointment setting logic, eliminating the need to pair separate tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator with email automation platforms. Agencies import prospects from LinkedIn Search, Sales Navigator, or CSV, then create conditional drip campaigns that trigger follow-ups based on recipient behavior. The platform integrates natively with HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Salesforce, and supports Zapier and API access for custom workflows. Team management and granular permissions allow agencies to manage multiple client accounts and campaigns from a single dashboard, with detailed analytics to justify retainer fees. SalesRobot is positioned for lead generation agencies, B2B sales teams, and outbound marketing agencies seeking a white-label retainer offering.
SalesRobot is a cold email outreach platform, priced at $47/seat/month on the Growth plan, integrating with HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, and Zapier. InnovaAI scores it 8.9/10 for agency resale, strong fit for agencies running 10+ client accounts under their own brand.
Agency Audit
SalesRobot combines LinkedIn automation, email outreach, and AI-powered reply detection in a single workspace, letting agencies run multi-step drip campaigns without integrating separate tools. It integrates with HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, and Zapier, making it viable for lead generation and B2B sales agencies seeking a white-label retainer offering. The platform supports team management and detailed analytics, which agencies can rebrand for client delivery. Resellers should expect to manage client onboarding and monitor campaign performance across accounts, but the recurring revenue potential is strong for agencies targeting outbound-heavy clients.

Bottom Line
SalesRobot combines LinkedIn automation, email outreach, and AI-powered reply detection in a single workspace, letting agencies run multi-step drip campaigns without integrating separate tools. It integrates with HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, and Zapier, making it viable for lead generation and B2B sales agencies seeking a white-label retainer offering. Resellers should expect to manage client onboarding and monitor campaign performance across accounts, but the recurring revenue potential is strong for agencies targeting outbound-heavy clients.
Reality Check
SalesRobot's white-label program exists but the vendor content does not specify whether client-facing dashboards, email templates, or support portals can be fully rebranded with agency logos and domains. Agencies should clarify white-label scope (dashboard only vs. full UI customization) before committing to client contracts, as partial branding may limit positioning as a proprietary service.

Core concepts
The mental model you need to price and scope the work.
- Deliverability Cost CurveConcept
Cold email outreach platforms differ less in sequence features than in how they handle sender infrastructure and inbox reputation. The Deliverability Cost Curve framework maps the trade-off between upfront infrastructure spend and long-term reply rates. Agencies often choose tools based on per-mailbox pricing, ignoring that deliverability failures silently cap campaign performance. For example, Aerosend isolates every 10 domains on dedicated servers with aged IPs, a premium approach that raises cost but reduces burn risk. Conversely, platforms like Instantly offer built-in warming and multi-domain rotation at lower entry points, shifting the burden to continuous monitoring. The framework forces agencies to model total operating cost: mailbox fees, warmup time, domain burn alerts, and the opportunity cost of lost replies. A client paying $50 per mailbox but losing 20% of emails to spam is more expensive than one paying $100 with 98% inbox placement. Agencies should attach meeting targets only after mapping this curve, not before.
- Deliverability Cost CurveConcept
Cold email outreach platforms differ less in sequence features than in how they handle sender infrastructure, warmup, and inbox rotation. The Deliverability Cost Curve framework maps total operating cost against reply rate outcomes, revealing that cheap per-mailbox pricing often hides expensive maintenance: manual IP rotation, domain burn alerts, and deliverability monitoring. Agencies must compare not just sticker price but the cost of keeping sender reputation healthy across multiple inboxes, since a burned domain can sink an entire campaign. For example, Aerosend isolates every 10 domains on dedicated servers with aged IPs, while Smartlead offers unlimited mailbox management and automated warmup. The framework helps agencies decide whether to pay for managed infrastructure or build internal expertise, and it anchors commercial terms to realistic meeting targets based on deliverability performance.
- Sender Reputation as Operating LeverageConcept
In cold email outreach, sender reputation is not a technical detail; it is the primary operating constraint that determines whether any sequence, message, or offer ever reaches an inbox. Agencies that treat deliverability as a fixed cost often discover that a single burned domain can stall an entire campaign, while those that actively manage reputation through warmup, rotation, and monitoring convert it into a compounding advantage. This framework positions sender reputation as the fulcrum of outbound performance: every dollar spent on list building or copywriting is wasted if the email never lands. For example, a platform like Aerosend isolates every 10 domains on dedicated servers with aged IPs, while Smartlead offers unlimited mailbox management and automated warmup. Both illustrate how infrastructure choices directly shape reputation. Agencies should audit their current setup against this leverage point before scaling volume.
Decision and risk
How to judge the fit, and the ways it goes wrong.
- Cold Email Rule: When Deliverability Is the Bottleneck, Fix Infrastructure Before Scaling SequencesEvaluation Rule
Audit sender reputation and inbox placement before increasing sequence volume or switching platforms.
- Cold Email Rule: When Compliance Is Unclear, Audit Jurisdiction Before Scaling SequencesEvaluation Rule
Before scaling any cold email campaign, map the jurisdictions of your recipients and verify your list provenance and message content against each applicable anti-spam regulation.
- Deliverability-First Infrastructure vs All-in-One Outreach SuiteDecision Framework
IF your agency's outbound revenue depends on inbox placement at scale and you can justify the operational overhead of managing separate infrastructure, THEN choose a deliverability-first platform like Aerosend or Smartlead. IF you need a single tool that bundles lead data, sequences, and analytics to move fast with limited ops resources, THEN an all-in-one suite like Instantly or Saleshandy fits better.

What agencies say about SalesRobot
“V2 is an absolute game-changer (Totally worth the upgrade!)”
I’ve grabbed my fair share of lifetime deals over the years to streamline digital marketing and automation workflows for my business, and Salesrobot is easily one of the best investments I’ve ever made. As an LTD holder, I know there's usually some grumbling in the AppSumo community when a founder introduces an additional fee for a major new version. However, I completely agree with the extra cost for V2, and quite frankly, the ROI makes it worth every penny. The new features in V2 are just incredibly cool. The personalized voice notes and video capabilities have totally changed the way we do outreach, adding a human touch that cuts right through the usual inbox noise. But the absolute killer feature is the AI appointment setter. It doesn't just stop and hand off at the first reply; the AI literally takes over, continues the conversation with the lead, and works to book meetings on pure autopilot. Salesrobot has built amazing features that they can talk about that absolutely nobody else has in this market right now. If you want to scale your outreach with next-level AI, do not sleep on this tool!

Read on Trustpilot“🤬A TERRIBLE SCAM AND A TOTAL DECEPTION”
I purchased a lifetime license for SalesRobot through AppSumo, trusting that I would have lifetime access to the platform. However, shortly after that, the company changed its system to a new version and stopped supporting the version included in the lifetime deal. When I tried to use my account, the platform no longer worked properly and displayed proxy-related errors. After contacting support, they themselves told me that V1 is no longer supported or admitted, and that if I wanted to keep using SalesRobot, I would have to move to V2 and pay $15 per month for each LinkedIn account. In other words: they sold a lifetime license, stopped maintaining that version, made it impossible for users to keep using it properly, and now require an additional monthly payment to access the working version. When I asked whether they would refund the money paid for a lifetime license that is now useless, their answer was clearly no. What is even more concerning is that they themselves explained that this happened because LinkedIn had officially detected the use of the previous version, and that continuing to use it could result in LinkedIn accounts being blocked. This shows the huge risk of trusting a tool like this: if LinkedIn already detected and blocked one version, it seems only a matter of time before the currently active version faces the same issue. In my opinion, this is a deeply misleading practice. A lifetime license was promised, customers paid for it, and then the product was changed in a way that made that license practically useless. The result is that the customer loses the money, and the only solution offered is to pay again. My experience has been extremely negative. I believe this behavior takes advantage of lifetime deal buyers and creates a clear feeling of being scammed. I do not recommend trusting this company or putting important LinkedIn accounts at risk with a platform that has already been detected by LinkedIn and could lead to future account blocks again
