Adalo Client App White-Labeling (Delivery)

   Navigate to the Team plan settings and enable white-labeling

   In the Adalo dashboard, go to Settings > Team Plan. Toggle 'White Label' on to remove Adalo branding from client apps.

   Upload client logo and custom app icon

   Under Settings > Branding, upload the client's logo (PNG, max 512x512) and app icon (1024x1024) for app store submission.

   Configure custom domain for web app

   In Settings > Custom Domain, enter the client's domain (e.g., app.clientname.com) and follow the DNS setup instructions to point a CNAME record to Adalo's hosting.

   Set up automated app store publishing

   In Settings > App Store Publishing, connect the client's Apple Developer and Google Play Console accounts. Adalo will handle the build and submission process.

   Adjust data record limits per client plan

   If the client is on a Starter plan (36 USD/mo), ensure the app uses fewer than 500 records. For larger data needs, upgrade to the Team plan (160 USD/mo) which supports 50,000 records.

   Invite client as editor with restricted permissions

   In Settings > Team Members, add the client's email as an editor. Uncheck 'Billing' and 'Delete App' permissions to prevent accidental changes.

   Test white-labeled app on device and web

   Use the Adalo Preview app on iOS/Android and the web preview URL to verify branding, custom domain, and data flows before publishing.
