   Create your AgencyAccess account and configure agency branding

   Log in to the AgencyAccess dashboard, go to Settings, and upload your logo, set brand colors, and choose a custom subdomain for your invite pages.

   Import your client list and prepare intake forms

   Use the client import feature to add your existing clients, then customize the intake form fields to match your onboarding requirements.

   Configure permission request flows for each platform

   In the platform settings, select which platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Shopify, etc.) you need access to and set up the permission request flows accordingly.

   Generate a branded invite link for a pilot client

   Click 'Create Invite' and select the pilot client. The system generates a single branded link that you can send via email.

   Send the invite link and track access status

   Email the link to the client contact. Monitor the dashboard to see which accounts are connected and which permissions are still pending.

   Automate post-onboarding workflows via Zapier

   Connect AgencyAccess to Zapier to trigger internal kickoff tasks (e.g., create a project in your PM tool) once the client completes the onboarding flow.

   Review and document access status in the client dashboard

   After the client completes the flow, verify all permissions are granted and document the status in the dashboard for your records.
