Ahsuite Client Portal White-Label Setup (Onboarding)

   Register your agency account with your business email

   Use the email you'll manage client portals from. This ties all future client workspaces to your agency identity.

   Point your custom domain's DNS to Ahsuite

   In your domain registrar, create an A record or CNAME as specified in Ahsuite's setup guide. This ensures the portal loads under your brand, not ahsuite.com.

   Upload your agency logo and set brand colors in the white-label settings

   Navigate to the branding section. Replace Ahsuite's default logo and adjust the color palette to match your agency's visual identity.

   Create your first client workspace

   Click 'New Portal' and name it after the client. This generates a dedicated URL on your domain where all client interactions will occur.

   Configure file sharing folders and task lists for the client's workflow

   Add folders for deliverables, assets, and approvals. Create task lists for ongoing projects. This structures the portal before inviting the client.

   Invite the client and assign internal team seats

   Send an invitation from the portal's member settings. Add your team members as internal users so they can manage the client's requests and tasks.

   Test the client experience from an external view

   Log out and use the client's login to verify the portal displays your branding, files are accessible, and tasks are visible. This catches any misconfiguration before the client sees it.
