   Map the plugin and channel surface you will actually use for the client.

   Runable connects to Slack, Microsoft Teams, Telegram, iMessage, and Discord, and the Pro tier adds Stripe integration, a free database, Analytics, a free sub-domain, and Android-iOS app building. Write down which of these the client's team already lives in so the assistant lands where they work.

   Upgrade to Pro at $20/month once the pilot scope is signed.

   Pro raises the ceiling to 25,000 credits monthly plus 1,500 credits daily and includes 100+ curated workflows and a Personal Assistant across every channel. The credit jump is what makes a booking site plus an automated reminder sequence viable inside one client retainer.

   Generate the client's booking site and attach Stripe payments on the sub-domain.

   Prompt the site build, then wire the Stripe integration and confirm the payment flow end to end with a live test transaction. Keep the client on the Runable sub-domain for the pilot rather than promising a custom domain.

   Build the appointment reminder and follow-up workflow as a named, reusable workflow.

   Use the 100+ curated workflows as starting patterns, then rename and document yours so a second agency operator can rerun it without re-prompting from scratch. This is the asset that justifies the monthly retainer line.

   Connect the multi-channel assistant to the client's chosen messaging app and test one real thread.

   Send a live message through the connected channel and verify the assistant responds with client-appropriate tone. Note that Runable publishes no white-label program, so the assistant will carry Runable branding in front of the client.

7. 07

   Set a monthly credit review and document the account deletion limitation in the client contract.

   Track credit burn against the 25,000 monthly Pro allowance and flag overages before they hit. Account deletion and data removal are reported as problematic, so agree in writing how client data is handled at offboarding before the pilot starts.
