DashThis
DashThis connects to 30+ marketing platforms (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, LinkedIn Ads, and others) and automatically assembles data into branded, client-ready dashboards that agencies can white-label and deliver on recurring retainers. The platform includes AI-generated insights that write performance summaries, scheduled email delivery, dashboard cloning for faster multi-client scaling, and unlimited user seats across all plans. Agencies eliminate manual report assembly by pulling data from disparate sources into a single workspace, then scheduling automated delivery to clients weekly or monthly. All paid plans support white-label branding, custom color themes, and calculated widgets for blending platform metrics with proprietary KPIs. Best suited for agencies with 10+ active clients across PPC, SEO, social media, and e-commerce channels.
DashThis is an analytics and reporting tool, priced at $54 a month on the Individual plan, integrating with Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Google Search Console and Facebook Ads. InnovaAI rates it 6.6 of 10 for agency resale, with full white-label.

- You want to white-label dashboards under your agency brand and charge clients a recurring reporting fee without building custom reporting infrastructure.
- Your clients span PPC, SEO, social media, and e-commerce channels and you need a single source of truth that pulls from Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and LinkedIn Ads simultaneously.
- You require HIPAA or GDPR compliance certifications beyond SOC2 Type I, or your clients operate in regulated industries (healthcare, finance) that demand audit trails DashThis may not provide.

Buy If
4You want to white-label dashboards under your agency brand and charge clients a recurring reporting fee without building custom reporting infrastructure.
You manage 10+ client accounts and currently spend 5+ hours per week manually exporting data from Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads into spreadsheets or PDF reports.
Your clients span PPC, SEO, social media, and e-commerce channels and you need a single source of truth that pulls from Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and LinkedIn Ads simultaneously.
You need to clone and reuse dashboard templates across similar client verticals (e.g., multiple e-commerce stores or local service businesses) to reduce setup time per new client.
Skip If
4You require HIPAA or GDPR compliance certifications beyond SOC2 Type I, or your clients operate in regulated industries (healthcare, finance) that demand audit trails DashThis may not provide.
Your clients demand custom KPIs or calculated metrics that don't fit DashThis's widget library, or you need to blend DashThis data with proprietary internal data sources in a single view.
You bill clients on a project basis rather than recurring retainers, since DashThis's value proposition depends on monthly or weekly automated report delivery to justify the subscription cost.
You have fewer than 5 active client accounts, as the time savings from automation may not offset the monthly platform cost relative to manual reporting in spreadsheets.
Bottom Line
DashThis aggregates data from 30+ marketing platforms (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, LinkedIn Ads, and others) into white-labeled dashboards that agencies can rebrand and deliver to clients on recurring retainers. The platform includes AI-generated insights, template cloning for faster multi-client scaling, and unlimited user seats across all plans. For agencies billing clients $200-$500/month for reporting, DashThis at $44-$429/month (depending on dashboard volume and data sources) leaves room for margin while eliminating manual report assembly. Best fit: agencies with 10+ active clients needing monthly or weekly reporting touchpoints.
Reality Check
White-label dashboards require the Professional plan ($139/year minimum) or higher, and agencies cannot customize the underlying data connectors or add proprietary calculation logic beyond DashThis's widget system. Switching platforms later means rebuilding all client dashboards from scratch, as there is no standard export format for dashboard configurations.

Core concepts
The mental model you need to price and scope the work.
- Reconciliation Debt RatioConcept
Reconciliation debt is the accumulated gap between what a dashboard displays and what the underlying platforms actually recorded. Every connected source adds a small chance of mismatch: a currency conversion applied twice, an attribution window that differs between Google Ads and GA4, a CRM stage that never synced. Agencies rarely notice until a client spots a number that contradicts their own login. The ratio to track is simple: count the sources feeding a client report, then count how many have a documented reconciliation check. A 12-source dashboard with two checks carries six times the exposure of a 4-source dashboard with two. Klipfolio connects to 200+ sources and Databox to 130+, which multiplies the surface area fast. The fix is unglamorous: before adding a source, write down which platform owns the number and how often the two are compared. Reportz and DashThis both let teams stage dashboards in minutes, so the constraint is never build speed, it is verification discipline.
- Dashboard Handoff ThresholdConcept
Dashboard Handoff Threshold is the point at which automated collection frees more hours than the platform consumes in setup, reconciliation, and client hand-holding. Below the threshold, an agency has bought a subscription and kept the same reporting labor; above it, recovered capacity funds analysis and proactive recommendations. The category description is explicit that dashboard access is not the offer, so the threshold is measured in redeployed hours, not integrations. A 12-client retainer shop pulling 6 hours of manual collection per client per month recovers roughly 72 hours monthly once a platform like AgencyAnalytics or DashThis covers its core sources, but only if reconciliation stays under about 20% of that time. NinjaCat's 150+ source coverage matters less than whether the agency's actual stack sits inside it. Benchmark the existing process first, then adopt.
- Narrative Control PremiumConcept
Narrative Control Premium is the share of a reporting tool's value that comes from how the agency frames a number, not from the number itself. Two platforms can pull identical Google Ads and GA4 data, yet the one with annotation layers, benchmark overlays, and comment threads lets an account lead walk a client through a bad month without losing the retainer. The premium shows up when a metric dips: a bare dashboard forces the client to invent their own explanation, while a controlled narrative supplies context, comparison, and a next step. Agencies that treat dashboards as the deliverable rather than the conversation starter hand that framing power to the client. Concretely, Hootsuite's September 2026 audience intelligence guide names over-reliance on first-party data and one-time audits as failure modes, which is exactly the gap a narrative layer closes. Tools like AgencyAnalytics, Databox, and Klipfolio compete less on source count than on how much of the client conversation they let the agency script.
Decision and risk
How to judge the fit, and the ways it goes wrong.
- Analytics & Reporting Rule: Benchmark the Reporting Process Before Buying Dashboard AccessEvaluation Rule
Time the existing reporting process end to end first, then adopt a platform only if it removes at least half of that measured time and reconciles against the source systems.
- Analytics & Reporting Rule: Reconcile Source Totals Before You White-Label the DashboardEvaluation Rule
Reconcile overlapping source totals and document the counting rules before you white-label a single dashboard.
- Analytics & Reporting Tools Decision: Recovered Capacity vs Dashboard Access as the OfferDecision Framework
IF your reporting process already consumes more than 8 hours per client per month and clients ask performance questions your current decks cannot answer, THEN adopt an aggregation platform and reinvest the recovered hours into analysis and proactive recommendations. IF your delivery is under 10 retainer clients with stable, single-source reporting needs, THEN keep the manual process and spend the budget on analyst time instead, because a dashboard nobody interrogates is just a new line item.
- The Dashboard-as-Deliverable Trap: Why Analytics & Reporting Tools Stall Agency RetainersFailure Pattern
- The Reconciliation Debt Trap: Why Analytics & Reporting Tools Stall Agency DeliveryFailure Pattern
- AgencyAnalytics vs DashThis vs NinjaCat (Multi-Account Reporting at Agency Scale)Tool Comparison
The choice turns on what your reporting process actually costs today, not on which dashboard looks best in a demo. Agencies whose bottleneck is branded delivery for a modest client book get more from AgencyAnalytics or DashThis, while those drowning in cross-account pacing and anomaly triage should price NinjaCat against the analyst hours it replaces. Benchmark collection time per client before adoption, then spend the recovered capacity on recommendations rather than selling dashboard access as the retainer itself.

What agencies say about DashThis
“Incredible Support, Okay Platform”
I have been using Dashthis reporting for 7 months for my clients. I run Google & Facebook ads and also include the metrics for organic social media. Overall, if you're wanting to have a more professional reporting platform than a Word doc or spreadsheet, this is a great start. It's more affordable than competitors but has a more simple design with limited dev options. Once you get to a point you can afford a more professional dashboard, then you can move over and upgrade unless Dashthis's dev team can improve the issues below. Here are my thoughts: Pros: - incredible customer service. Super fast response times, so kind, very helpful with step by step instructions or videos on to answer questions. It's the best part of working with them - more affordable compared to other marketing reporting platforms - very honorable support team that will make a custom plan for you based on the number of dashes you want - can sync with accounts to pull in data automatically or add custom blocks Cons: - limitations on design. You can add a custom block and put a number in but it is giant and there's no option to adjust the size of the text - limited customizability. They give some options for report colors but I can't adjust to the exact colors I want - weird dev issues. I will change the title on a November report and it will change the title for all previous reports. It shouldn't do that. There needs to be an easier way to duplicate past reports and update them without it changing past reports. it has a lot of limitations - outdated reporting style. Compared to other reporting platforms, the reports do not look professional. They look homemade on one long vertical report. No option to create pages or sections in one monthly report. I believe this is on Dashthis' development team to improve the appearance of the reports

Where to start? First of the interface is awesome, easy to use, and it works. Second is the support. I am almost hoping of running into an issue, just so I can contact them again. I had help from Pier-Olivier, and from Laurie-Anne. Not only did they react quickly, but Laurie-Anne made a guide video, with our account, showing and telling everything I needed to do. That fixed the issue. But they did not stop there. Pier-Olivier found 4 other errors, all made by me, and shared his findings, so that I could get that working again. Amazing support, amazing tool. I highly recommend DashThis. Also I asked for a specific integration. 2 weeks later they had made it possible, to integrate ActiveCampaign data, email marketing, directly into the dashboards. If i could give more than 5 stars I would!

Almost four years after we first tried DashThis, I'm happy to say it's still a critical part of our core software. We use DashThis to aggregate marketing campaign data from sources including Google Ads and Analytics, Facebook Ads, and CSV-embedded data, to create clear, impactful reports for our Digital Marketing clients. DashThis is a stable, reliable software, with a short learning curve and exceptional support. Many times, our support requests that weren't easily answered same-day, became feature requests DashThis implemented shortly after.

Answers about pricing, setup, implementation
DashThis is an automated reporting platform that pulls data from 30+ marketing tools (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, LinkedIn Ads, and others) and assembles them into branded, client-ready dashboards. Agencies use it to eliminate manual report creation, schedule automated email delivery, and white-label dashboards under their own brand. The platform includes AI-generated insights that write performance summaries and recommendations based on dashboard data.
DashThis lists 4 plans; the paid ones run from $44 a month, billed annually (Individual) to $429 a month, billed annually (Standard). The typical margin on reselling DashThis is 59% of the fee, after the platform and labor at $75 an hour.
Yes. All paid plans include white-label dashboards, meaning agencies can customize color themes and apply their own branding so client-facing reports display the agency name and logo instead of the DashThis brand. Agencies can clone dashboards across multiple clients to scale white-label delivery without rebuilding each report individually.
Yes. DashThis natively integrates with both Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads. It also connects to Google Search Console, Google My Business, and Bing Ads. Additional integrations include Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn Ads, LinkedIn Pages, TikTok, YouTube, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz, allowing agencies to pull data from most major marketing platforms into a single dashboard.
Setup time depends on the number of data sources and dashboard complexity. Connecting a single data source (e.g., Google Analytics 4) typically takes under 5 minutes. Agencies can accelerate multi-client onboarding by cloning pre-built templates or existing client dashboards, reducing per-client setup from hours to 15-30 minutes once the agency parent account is configured.
DashThis is designed for marketing agencies, franchises, small businesses, and in-house marketing teams. Specific verticals include e-commerce stores (tracking Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads ROI), local service businesses and automotive dealerships (using Google My Business and local search reporting), hospitality properties (monitoring multi-location performance), and non-profits (reporting on campaign efficiency and donor engagement metrics).
DashThis does not publish a standard export format for dashboard configurations or historical data. If you cancel, you lose access to all dashboards and their setup. Agencies should plan for dashboard rebuilding if switching platforms, or maintain a documented backup of dashboard structure and KPI definitions outside DashThis.
Yes. All paid plans include unlimited user seats, allowing agencies to grant client login access to branded dashboards. Clients can view their own performance data without accessing other client accounts or the agency's internal workspace, supporting a multi-tenant white-label delivery model.
