Neural Frames
Neural Frames combines AI music video generation, lyric video creation, and Spotify Canvas asset production in a single platform. It accepts songs from Spotify, Kling, Seedance, MiniMax, and Suno, then generates full-length character-consistent videos, short-form social clips, and audio stems without requiring manual video editing. The platform includes video upscaling (1080p or 4K depending on plan tier), horizontal-to-vertical conversion, and browser-based utilities for Canvas cropping and media conversion. Agencies resell this primarily as project-based services to music production companies, independent artists, and labels rather than as recurring client subscriptions, since the tool is specialized to music workflows and does not offer white-label branding or multi-tenant sub-account billing.
Neural Frames is a video generator, priced at $39/month on the Neural Knight plan, integrating with Spotify, Kling, Seedance, and MiniMax. InnovaAI scores it 5.1/10 for agency resale.

Platform Features
Core capabilities of Neural Frames
AI music video generation from songs
Converts uploaded songs into full-length, character-consistent music videos with original animated scenes. Agencies can resell this as a project service to independent artists and labels, reducing production timelines from weeks to hours.
Lyric video creation with timing sync
Generates lyric videos with automatic timing and lipsync alignment to audio. Includes LRC and SRT export for use in Spotify, YouTube, and other platforms, enabling agencies to offer multi-format release asset packages.
Spotify Canvas asset production
Converts existing video or cover artwork into 3-8 second vertical MP4 files optimized for Spotify Canvas without uploading media to servers. Agencies can offer this as a quick-turnaround add-on to music release campaigns.
Short-form social clip generation
Produces TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts clips from full-length videos. Agencies can automate multi-platform content distribution for music clients using a single source file.
Video upscaling to 1080p or 4K
Scales existing video assets to higher resolutions. The Neural Knight plan supports 1080p upscaling, while Neural Ninja and Neural Nirvana tiers unlock 4K, allowing agencies to offer quality-tier options to clients.
Horizontal-to-vertical video conversion

Bottom Line
Neural Frames generates full-length music videos, lyric videos, and short-form social clips from songs using AI models, with integrations to Spotify, Kling, Seedance, MiniMax, and Suno. The platform targets music video production agencies, music marketing agencies, and independent labels seeking to automate asset creation at scale. Reality Check
Neural Frames does not publish a white-label program, so client-facing surfaces display the Neural Frames brand rather than agency branding. Agencies must also manage separate billing infrastructure if they want to resell credits as retainers, since the platform does not offer multi-tenant sub-account billing or agency partner portals.

Core concepts
The mental model you need to price and scope the work.
- Template-to-Original SpectrumConcept
The Template-to-Original Spectrum is a framework for positioning video generation services along a continuum from templated avatar videos to fully custom generative work. At one end, platforms like Synthesia and HeyGen offer rapid, cost-effective avatar-driven explainers, ideal for high-volume client content but risking commoditization. At the other, Runway and Higgsfield enable advanced generative editing and cinematic transformation, supporting original creative projects. Agencies that anchor solely on templated output may lose their creative edge, while those that blend templates with custom scripting, brand-specific styling, and hybrid human-AI workflows can differentiate. The framework guides agencies in mapping client needs to the appropriate spectrum point, balancing speed and cost against originality and brand impact. As AI adoption surges among marketers, this strategic positioning becomes critical for maintaining margin and client value.
- Creative Commoditization TrapConcept
Video generators let agencies produce studio-quality content in minutes, but leaning on stock avatars and default templates turns creative work into a commodity. The trap: clients compare your output to any other agency's templated videos, driving fees down. Differentiation comes from custom scripting, brand-specific styling, and hybrid human-AI workflows. For example, an agency using Synthesia for rapid localization might pair it with bespoke motion graphics in Runway to keep a unique edge. The 87% surge in AI content cleanup jobs signals clients are already wary of unedited AI output, so agencies that skip human review risk losing accounts. The framework urges agencies to treat video generators as accelerators, not replacements, for creative judgment.
- Hybrid Creative MarginConcept
Video generators compress production time and cost, but agencies that rely solely on templated avatars risk commoditizing their creative edge. The Hybrid Creative Margin framework holds that differentiation comes from layering custom scripting, brand-specific styling, and human oversight onto AI-generated footage. For example, an agency using Synthesia for a client's training series might add bespoke motion graphics and a human director's cut, justifying a higher retainer than a fully automated output. This margin is measurable: compare the cost per finished minute between a pure template workflow and a hybrid one, then track client retention. As Forrester notes, 88% of B2B marketers face foundational gaps, so agencies that pair AI speed with strategic polish can charge a premium while delivering faster than traditional crews.

What agencies say about Neural Frames
“Platform is ok, support is amazing”
I decided to give this platform a try creating music videos, and like most of these sites you generally have to pay to actually do anything. So I took a chance and subscribed on the middle tier and proceeded to work on my first video. Overall the experience is ok, UI is pretty simple and easy to understand for the most part. The quality of the image/video renders is quite impressive, but the overall end result left me pretty unhappy. After generating the final render, many of the video clips came out with character drifts, outfit changes, unnaturally stiff lip sync and overall just felt off. I decided to drop an email to their customer support stating I wasn't happy with the results and didn't wish to continue with the service. They emailed me back 10 minutes later (on a Sunday, even) cancelling my subscription and issuing a full refund. So while the platform didn't quite meet my expectations on this occasion, their customer support is genuinely great.

Very decent platform. The credit costs are set in stone, the support is adorable. Unlike many other platforms, they assist you with your work, with credit issues and try to help where they can, not mention that your credits can roll over which is basically non existent anywhere else. They have full transparency and do not hide if there are any issues. Would recommend them over most other platforms.

I think Neural Frames is a fantastic tool for single musical artists who can't afford full actors, bright lights, or even artists/animators for a 3 minute video. I can spend 2 hours and $20 making a product that would normally cost hundreds of dollars and weeks. Thanks.

Answers about pricing, setup, implementation
Neural Frames offers 3 pricing tiers, starting at $39/mo (Neural Knight) up to $299/mo (Neural Nirvana). Agencies typically achieve 49% profit margins when reselling to clients.
Neural Knight $39/mo (or $26/mo annual), Neural Ninja $99/mo (or $66/mo annual), and Neural Nirvana $299/mo (or $199/mo annual). Plans include 2,400, 7,200, and 24,000 monthly credits respectively, with access to 7-10 AI models, Autopilot, Short-Form Studio, and upscaling features.
No verified white-label program: client-facing surfaces show the Neural Frames brand. Agencies cannot present a fully branded portal or dashboard to end clients, limiting the tool's use as a white-label resale product.
Yes. Neural Frames integrates with Spotify for Canvas asset uploads and with Kling for AI video generation. It also connects to Seedance, MiniMax, and Suno, allowing agencies to pull songs from these platforms and generate videos without manual file transfers.
Setup time is not documented in available materials. Agencies should expect to create a separate Neural Frames account per client or manage shared credits under a single agency account, then configure integrations (Spotify, Kling, Suno) based on each client's workflow.
Music video production agencies, music marketing agencies, independent artists and labels, and content creation agencies producing music-related assets. The tool is specialized for audio-visual workflows and is not designed for non-music verticals such as e-commerce, SaaS, or real estate.
Unused monthly credits do not roll over to the next month. Agencies should forecast client project volume monthly to avoid wasting allocated credits, especially on the higher-tier plans.
Neural Frames publishes an API interest form, indicating API access may be available for enterprise or partner use. Agencies interested in custom integrations should contact the vendor directly through the API form on their website.
