AdEspresso Client Approval Workflow Setup (Onboarding)

   Log into AdEspresso and navigate to the 'Accounts' section to connect the client's Facebook and Instagram ad accounts.

   Ensure all client permissions are granted so the agency can manage campaigns from the dashboard.

   In the 'Team' settings, add the client as a collaborator with 'Approver' role.

   This allows the client to review and approve campaigns without full access to Ads Manager.

   Create a new campaign and configure the 'Approval' toggle in the campaign setup wizard.

   Enable the approval requirement so campaigns cannot launch until the client gives the green light.

   Set up split testing parameters for audiences and creatives within the campaign builder.

   Define at least two audience segments and two creative variations to leverage AdEspresso's testing capabilities.

   Use the 'Reports' tab to generate a white-labeled PDF report template for the client.

   Customize the report with the agency's branding to maintain a professional appearance.

   Send a test campaign through the approval workflow to verify the client receives a notification and can approve or request changes.

   Confirm the client's approval action triggers the campaign to launch automatically.

   Document the approval workflow in the agency's SOP manual for future client onboarding.

   Include screenshots of the AdEspresso interface to guide team members.
