Aistudios Client Video Production Workflow (Delivery)

   Create a new project in the Aistudios dashboard

   Log in to your Aistudios account and click 'New Project' from the main dashboard. Name the project using the client's account and video purpose, e.g., 'Acme Corp - Product Launch'. This keeps all assets and versions organized per client.

   Import client script and brand assets

   Use the 'Script' tab to paste the client's approved script. Then upload their logo and brand colors via the 'Brand Kit' or 'Template' settings. This ensures the AI avatar video matches the client's visual identity from the start.

   Select an AI avatar and configure voice

   Browse the 2000+ avatar library and choose one that fits the client's brand persona. In the 'Avatar' panel, adjust the voice settings, including language and tone. For multilingual needs, select the target language for dubbing, which supports 150+ languages with lip-sync.

   Generate a draft video using 'URL to Video'

   If the client has an existing webpage or document, use the 'URL to Video' feature to quickly generate a draft. This converts the content into a video presentation, saving production time. Review the draft for accuracy and flow.

   Add interactive elements or quizzes

   For training videos, use the 'Interactive' tab to insert quizzes and branching scenarios. This is useful for corporate training clients. Ensure the interactions are aligned with the client's learning objectives.

6. 06

   Export and deliver the final video

   Once the client approves the video, export it in 1080p resolution (available on paid plans). Download the file and deliver it via the client's preferred channel, such as Google Drive or a shared folder. For LMS integration, export as SCORM if required.
