   Install Supercut on each delivery machine (macOS and Windows) and confirm native 4K capture

   Run a 60-second test recording at 4K on one Mac and one Windows machine before touching a client project. Capture quality problems found on day one cost minutes; found on delivery day they cost a reshoot.

   Create the client workspace and load branding assets

   Upload the client logo and set color templates so every recording carries their identity. Supercut cannot be white-labeled, so the Supercut brand stays visible to the client's viewers; set that expectation in the kickoff note rather than letting the client discover it on first share.

   Build auto-edit profiles for silence removal and mistake trimming

   Tune the auto-edit profile against a real sample recording from the client, not a synthetic test. Filler-word and silence thresholds that suit a product demo will over-trim a support walkthrough.

   Configure AI chapters and summaries on the first recording

   Record screen plus camera, let Supercut generate chapters, titles, and summaries, then review the output before the client sees it. Chapter titles are the first thing a viewer scans; a wrong one reads as sloppy delivery.

   Set sharing defaults: link, email, or embed

   Decide per client whether recordings go out as a link, an email, or an embed on their site. Confirm transcripts, captions, and engagement analytics are on so the retainer review has data behind it.

   Wire the MCP connection to the client's Slack, Linear, or Notion

   Connect recordings to AI agents via MCP so a finished video can trigger a downstream action. Test one end-to-end trigger (record, publish, ticket or message appears) before promising it in the scope.

   Hand off with a recorded walkthrough and a named owner

   Deliver a Supercut recording of the workflow itself to the client's team, covering recording, one-click publish, and where analytics live. Name the person on the agency side who owns the workspace.
